Ross has had a uniquely broad and multi-faceted career as a senior executive, corporate lawyer and board director. He has been a confidant and advisor to a number of prominent Australian Chairs and CEOs.
 

He brings a “been through that” pragmatic perspective to the range of Board and management activities which can occur in times of start-up, internal transformation or pursuit of external opportunity. He has led and negotiated numerous large commercial transactions and brings tremendous depth of experience in M&A, takeovers, business start-ups and capital raisings.

Ross’s extensive C.V. includes General Counsel for a national airline, leadership of a sizable division of an Australian ASX listed manufacturer operating in Asia, Europe, North America and Australia, global head of human resources and corporate development for the parent listed company and head of finance, strategic planning and business operations for a national not for profit.

Ross has held a number of non-executive director roles including Chair of DataGene Limited, an agribusiness start-up in the area of animal genetics and data services. He has also worked extensively as an advisor to Boards in the areas of board effectiveness, director development and training and organisational governance and risk management. He also acts as a mentor to Board Chairs and directors.
