Boardside was established to assist boards and other governing groups, particularly SMEs and not-for-profits to perform their functions more effectively.

We are headed by Ross Joblin who has had a uniquely broad and multi-faceted career as a senior executive, corporate lawyer and board director. He has, over a thirty-five-year period been a confidant and advisor to a number of prominent Australian Board Chairs and CEOs which makes him well suited to provide advice and counsel, particularly during periods of organisational change, growth or uncertainty.
